WYWLinks.com does not includes sites with adult content (porn), hate sites,  warez, violence or sites promoting any type of illegal activities. Inclusions  may not be defamatory, threatening, libelous or abusive.  

Rights of Inclusion
WYWLinks.com reserves the right to review and either accept or deny any  and all listings into the directory. We will credit in full any funds  paid by submissions that do not meet our required standards for inclusion.  

Removal From Directory
WYWLinks.com reserves the right to remove any member and member's sites  from the directory or deny any and all listings into the directory if  we feel that members has violated our terms of service, including but  not limited to covering or obscuring the banner advertisements on your  personal profile page, or any WYWLinks.com page via HTML/CSS or any other  means; any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to add points,  pages, ads or send comments or messages; interfering with, disrupting,  or creating an undue burden on the WYWLinks.com Services or the networks  or services connected to the WYWLinks.com Services. 

WYWLinks.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse  to post or remove any posting (including private messages) by you, or  to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the  WYWLinks.com directory at any time, for any or no reason, with or without  prior notice, and without liability. Criminal or tortious activity, including  child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing,  gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, spimming, sending of viruses  or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or  theft of trade secrets.

Refunds and Credits
WYWLinks.com reserves the right to refund or credit a member's account  at our descrection the fair monetary value of the remainder of the members  unused services. WYWLinks.com will credit in full any funds paid by members  who's submissions do not meet our required standards for inclusion.

Use of Material
You may download material displayed on the Site for non-commercial, personal  use only provided you also retain all copyright and other proprietary  notices contained on the materials. You may not, however, distribute,  modify, transmit, reuse, re post, or use the content of the Site for public  or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio, and video without  WYWLinks.com's written permission.
